With various teams working together, we ensure every service and event runs smoothly, warmly, and with a personal touch. Our Teams:
- Greeters: Be the friendly face that welcomes everyone with a smile and ensures they Events: Plan and execute special church events, making every moment memorable for our guests and congregation.feel like part of the family from the first hello.
- Ushers: Guide and assist attendees, helping with seating and providing a comfortable, organized experience throughout the service.
- Guest Ambassadors: Connect with new visitors, ensuring they have everything they need and feel valued. You’ll follow up with them, offering a personal touch that helps them feel like part of the family.

1. Ushers
Role Purpose: Ensure smooth movement and seating during services and events, maintaining an organized and welcoming environment.
Key Characteristics:
- Friendly and Approachable: Able to greet guests with warmth and a smile, making them feel welcome from the moment they arrive.
- Organized: Able to manage seating arrangements and the flow of people efficiently during busy services.
- Attentive: Observant, able to spot needs or issues before they arise (e.g., helping guests find seats, assisting those with special needs).
- Calm Under Pressure: Able to handle unexpected situations with a calm and collected demeanor.
- Clear Communicator: Provides directions and information clearly and politely to guests.
2. Greeters
Role Purpose: Welcome everyone entering the church, creating a first impression of warmth, hospitality, and community.
Key Characteristics:
- Outgoing and Warm: Comfortable greeting strangers with enthusiasm, ensuring guests feel valued as soon as they arrive.
- Positive Attitude: Able to maintain an uplifting and encouraging demeanor regardless of the circumstances.
- Attentive to Details: Notices new visitors and can distinguish between regular attendees and first-time guests, providing appropriate greetings.
- Team Player: Works well with others to create a seamless and coordinated guest experience.
- Good Listener: Ready to answer questions or direct visitors to the right resources.
3. Guest Ambassadors
Role Purpose: Serve as the main point of contact for first-time visitors, ensuring they feel welcome and informed about church programs and services.
Key Characteristics:

- Knowledgeable: Well-versed in church programs, ministries, and services to provide information to visitors.

- Professional and Polished: Presents themselves as a representative of the church in both appearance and demeanor.
